This single point of contact program manager works closely with our client and consultant teams to ensure effective communication and maximize efficiency throughout the engagement process. Weekly status update meetings ensure that our client executive teams know where they are in the process at any given time. Our goal is client self-sufficiency. As a result, knowledge transfer is paramount to our mutual success. We deliver recommendations and plans in plain English and coach our clients through every step of the alliance lifecycle.
